Here are some shots of my workout today!  I did legs and back. I went light on hamstrings today since they were so sore from the last leg workout. I felt great squatting though! 185# felt light for reps :) After I was able to dive right in to leg extensions and destroy what I had left in my quads. My calves also got dominated today :) I feel so amazing. I’m actually still shaking a little.
